At ZYCELA, we are committed to delivering high-quality automotive lighting products and reliable service. Please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, ZYCELA does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped. All sales are considered final after shipment.
We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Shipping delays
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Customs delays or import processing
Installation Responsibility
ZYCELA products are intended to be installed according to proper automotive electrical standards. ZYCELA is not responsible for product damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect wiring, modification of components, environmental exposure, or misuse of the product.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Incorrect wiring connections
- Improper grounding or power sources
- Exposure to water due to improper sealing
- Failure to secure strips properly during installation
- Damage caused during installation or removal
- Electrical incompatibility with the vehicle
Products damaged due to installation error or misuse are not eligible for refund or replacement. If troubleshooting is requested, customers may be required to provide clear photos or videos showing installation, wiring connections, and controller setup. If sufficient evidence cannot be provided, ZYCELA may be unable to determine product fault and support may be limited.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@zycela.store. Please include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos or video showing the issue
Once verified, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost. Replacements apply only to confirmed manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors. ZYCELA reserves the right to deny replacement requests if the issue appears related to installation error, misuse, or external damage.
Lost Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, ZYCELA will issue a replacement at no additional cost. Claims are subject to carrier verification. Refunds will not be issued for lost shipments unless replacement is not possible.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:
- Item cannot be fulfilled due to inventory unavailability
- Order was cancelled before fulfillment
- Billing error occurred on our side
- A replacement cannot be provided for a verified issue
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
International Orders & Customs
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or carrier handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not collected by ZYCELA unless otherwise stated and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
European Union (EU) Orders – VAT Included
For orders shipped to the European Union, VAT is already included in the product price and shipping cost at checkout where stated. This means no VAT is due upon delivery and no hidden VAT charges after purchase. In rare cases, customs authorities may apply additional handling or processing fees outside of our control. Refunds will not be issued for customs delays, additional carrier or customs handling fees outside of VAT, or refused shipments for reasons unrelated to product quality.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact ZYCELA support before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Chargebacks for the following will be formally disputed:
- Shipping delays
- Orders still in transit
- Packages marked as delivered
- Customs processing delays
Disputes will be supported with carrier tracking records, shipment confirmation, order documentation, and store policies agreed to at checkout.
