ZYCELA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updates.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from:

ZYCELA reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for violations.
2. Product Information
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However:
- Errors or inaccuracies may occur
- Product colors may vary depending on display
- Availability may change without notice
ZYCELA reserves the right to correct errors and cancel orders if necessary. If cancelled due to an error, a full refund will be issued.
3. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- Billing and shipping details are accurate
- You are authorized to use the payment method
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are charged at checkout. ZYCELA reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its discretion, including suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, and product availability issues.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Estimated delivery times after processing:
- United States: ~9 business days
- European Union: ~9 business days
- Canada: ~12 business days
- Remote or island areas: ~10–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier disruptions, customs inspections, weather conditions, or local postal delays. ZYCELA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
5. International Orders, Customs & Taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not collected by ZYCELA unless otherwise stated and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
European Union (EU) Orders – VAT Included: For EU customers, VAT is included in the product price and shipping cost at checkout where stated. This means no VAT is due upon delivery and no hidden VAT charges after purchase. Customs authorities or carriers may occasionally apply additional handling or processing fees outside of our control.
6. Refunds, Replacements & Disputes
All sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped. ZYCELA does not issue refunds for shipping delays, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, packages marked as delivered, or customs delays or processing.
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence. If a shipment is confirmed lost, a replacement will be issued at no cost. Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible.
7. Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact support before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks for shipping delays, orders in transit, or packages marked as delivered will be disputed with tracking records, shipment confirmation, order documentation, and store policies. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in restrictions where permitted by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including logos, images, videos, graphics, and text—is the property of ZYCELA and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZYCELA shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, losses from use or inability to use products, shipping delays caused by third parties, customs inspections or import restrictions, or events outside our control (force majeure).
