At ZYCELA, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and transparent shipping worldwide. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times begin after processing is complete:
- United States: ~9 business days
- European Union: ~9 business days
- Canada: ~12 business days
- Remote / island locations: ~10–14 business days
These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local carriers. ZYCELA is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs inspections
- Courier disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Local postal service delays
European Union (EU) Shipping – VAT Included
For all EU orders, VAT is included in both the product price and shipping cost at checkout where stated. This means:
- No VAT is due upon delivery
- No hidden VAT charges after purchase
Our goal is to provide a smooth, predictable delivery experience for EU customers. In rare cases, customs authorities or carriers may apply additional handling or processing fees outside of our control.
Tracking Orders
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear depending on the carrier. If your tracking has not updated after several days, this does not necessarily mean your package is delayed.
Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Shipments
If your package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost. Packages that are delayed in transit, held at customs, or marked as delivered by the carrier are not considered lost and are not eligible for refunds.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. ZYCELA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
Customs, Duties & Fees
For international orders, additional duties or fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are not controlled by ZYCELA and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated. For EU orders, VAT is already included at checkout (see above section).
Shipping Delays & Liability
All shipping times are estimates. ZYCELA does not guarantee delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control. Shipping delays are not grounds for refunds or chargebacks.
